Refunds and/or Cancellations

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received later than 7 business days after delivery date will be treated as ‘unable to refund’.  

Refund Policy

Please note that most of the Karuna Doll products are affectionately hand-made to the utmost possible standards, however due to the hand-made nature, and some upcycling / recycling of fabric waste - color combinations, prints, will vary from the actual product you will receive. The use of natural seeds (colors and patterns on the seeds / beads or fibers may vary from piece to piece) there may at times be slight variations from the product image on the. We feel that this is gives our dolls a special unique quality and we hope you feel the same.

Please note that products are, in most of the cases, darker in reality than on the photos.

Please be aware of measurements given in the product descriptions to give you a true idea of size as photographs taken on their own can be deceptive.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund, deducting any inward or outward shipping or restocking costs to the website. This will be the prerogative of the seller to remain reasonable as well as transparent of the actual costs while making any deductions before refund. Inward returns will be subject to Quality Control, and the Doll must not be damaged, discolored or dirty, to quality for refund. If packaging, inserts or booklets are included, those are expected to be returned in ‘new’ condition as well. The seller's decision on the refund, if any, will be final. 

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Requests for refunds must be initiated within 7 days post delivery, and we will refund the amount, if the goods are received in a new resale-able condition within 15 working days, after any reasonable deductions related to restocking or shipping costs, from date of arrival back at our store / warehouse.
